In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Bryan, Coal, Hughes, Johnston and Marshall. In southern Oklahoma, Garvin and Murray. * WHEN. Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * WHEN. Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms are expected to move into eastern Oklahoma this evening and spread east and southward overnight. Locally heavy rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected primarily across portions of eastern Oklahoma. Recent heavy rainfall will allow any additional heavy rains to lead to rapid onset flooding. FFWTSA The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Northwestern Muskogee County in east central Oklahoma. Southeastern Wagoner County in northeastern Oklahoma. * Until 400 AM CDT. * At 1159 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include.
