* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. The following counties, in central Ohio, Fairfield, Hocking and Pickaway. * WHEN. Until 245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1156 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in Tarlton, with high water also reported in Circleville. High water is also likely to linger in Stoutsville and Amanda. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Circleville, Logan Elm Village, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville, Sugar Grove, Tarlton, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Clearport, Whisler, Aw Marion State Park and Rockbridge.
