At 1009 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Jamestown to near Blanchester, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 45 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Washington Court House, Wilmington, Blanchester, Sabina, Jamestown, Leesburg, New Vienna, Jeffersonville, Bloomingburg, Staunton, Martinsville, Midland, Bowersville, Highland, Port William, Milledgeville, Octa, Paintersville, Melvin, and East Monroe.
