Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Chillicothe, Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, Waverly, West Union, New Boston, Piketon, Manchester, Peebles, Vanceburg, Winchester, Kingston, Marshall, Seaman, South Webster, Bainbridge, Camp Dix, Lucasville, Highland Holiday, and Head of Grassy.

At 143 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Plain City to near Greenfield, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Delaware, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Marysville, Pickerington, Washington Court House, Worthington, Circleville, Bexley, London, Greenfield, Jefferson, Pataskala, and Powell. This includes the following Interstates. I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 116. I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 78 and 138. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. The following counties, in central Ohio, Madison. In west central Ohio, Champaign and Clark. * WHEN. Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 135 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Springfield, Northridge, Mechanicsburg, Choctaw Lake, Brighton, South Vienna, Catawba, Mutual, Catawba Station, Plattsburg, Rosedale, Powhattan,New Moorefield and Buck Creek State Park.
