Nearshore and Open waters from Vermilion OH to Geneva-on-the-lake OH. * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 114 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Fairport Harbor to 6 nm north of Cleveland to near Avon Point, moving northeast at 15 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Lorain Harbor, Geneva-On-The-Lake, and Cleveland.
