* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following county, Holmes. * WHEN. Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1157 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Millersburg, Berlin, Walnut Creek, Killbuck, Holmesville, Glenmont, Nashville, Farmerstown, Winesburg, Charm and Mount Hope. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of north central Ohio, including the following counties, Marion and Morrow. * WHEN. Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1130 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous roads flooded and closed. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will cause water to be slow to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. FFWCLE The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Southern Knox County in north central Ohio. Southeastern Morrow County in north central Ohio. * Until 315 AM EDT. * At 1012 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Mount Vernon, Gambier, Centerburg, Sparta, Marengo, Martinsburg and Bladensburg.
