* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland. In northeast Ohio, Medina, Stark, Summit and Wayne. * WHEN. Until 1215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 904 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Wooster, Ashland, Barberton, Wadsworth, Orrville, Rittman, Doylestown, Creston, Dalton, Shreve, West Salem, Hayesville, Polk, Norton, Fairlawn, Seville, Smithville, Clinton, Apple Creek and Westfield Center. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information
