TORCLE The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a * Tornado Warning for. Southeastern Knox County in north central Ohio. * Until 1015 PM EDT. * At 910 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Mount Vernon, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD. Tornado. SOURCE. Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include. Mount Vernon, Gambier, Utica, Danville, Martinsburg, Gann, and Bladensburg.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 918 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
