FFWILN The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Ohio County in southeastern Indiana. Northeastern Switzerland County in southeastern Indiana. Central Boone County in northern Kentucky. * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 311 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that may experience flash flooding include. Cincinnati, Florence, Rising Sun, Burlington, Oakbrook, Union, Waterloo, Belleview, Hueys Corners, Rabbit Hash, Hebron, North Landing, Cvg Airport and Constance.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Campbell and Kenton and the following county, in southwest Ohio, Hamilton. * WHEN. Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 322 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Cincinnati, Covington, Norwood, Erlanger, Fort Thomas, Newport, Edgewood, Elsmere, Fort Mitchell, Villa Hills, Bellevue, Fort Wright, Dayton, Ludlow, Southgate, Crescent Springs, Crestview Hills, Park Hills, Lakeside Park and Mariemont.

Southeastern Owen County in northern Kentucky. * Until 500 PM EDT. * At 418 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles south of Owenton, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include. Corinth, Monterey, Keefer, Elk Lake, New Columbus, Beechwood, Harmony, Fallis, Lawrenceville, Natlee, and Gest. This includes I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 144 and 148.
