At 105 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles southwest of Greenfield to 7 miles northeast of Franklin to 12 miles north of Columbus to 6 miles northwest of Nashville. Movement was southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Indianapolis, Columbus, Shelbyville, Lawrence, Franklin, Greensburg, Nashville, Adams, Cumberland, Edinburgh, Hope, New Palestine, Flat Rock, Milford, Westport, Princes Lakes, Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, and Morgantown. This includes the following highways. Interstate 65 between mile markers 61 and 93. Interstate 70 between mile markers 92 and 95. Interstate 74 between mile markers 97 and 140.
