At 21.0 feet, 3rd Street underpass is closed (Moorhead). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 6:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 20.7 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 21.7 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall to 18.3 feet Wednesday, June 05. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
