Elm St between 14th and 15th Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.4 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
