Red River of the North at Fargo. * WHEN. From Friday afternoon to Thursday, May 30. * IMPACTS. At 18.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. Elm St between 14th and 15th Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). At 19.0 feet, Low-level dam south of Main Ave is closed (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 20.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
