Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). At 19.0 feet, Low-level dam south of Main Ave is closed (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast.
