Flooding on road cut at old meander scar east of gage begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 13.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
