Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Red River of the North at Fargo. * WHEN. From Thursday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 19.0 feet, Low-level dam south of Main Ave is closed (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Thursday evening and continue rising to a crest of 20.0 feet Monday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
