Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Minnesota, including the following areas, in central Minnesota, Wadena. In north central Minnesota, Hubbard. In northwest Minnesota, East Becker. In west central Minnesota, East Otter Tail, Grant, West Otter Tail and Wilkin. * WHEN. From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
