Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 952 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. There was a report of flooding along Main St in Graham. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. An additional inch of rain is possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
