At 343 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Middlefield to near Delhi. Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Delhi, Davenport, Worcester, Middlefield, Maryland, Kortright, Meredith, Hamden, Stamford, and Westford. This includes the following highway exits. Interstate 88 between 18 and 19.

Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex and Hudson and southeast New York, including the following counties, Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island) and Westchester. * WHEN. Until 400 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 159 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rain approaching from the south. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. Localized higher amounts are possible. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
