Portions of southwest and west central Colorado, including the following areas, in southwest Colorado, Animas River Basin, Northwest San Juan Mountains, San Juan River Basin and Southwest San Juan Mountains. In west central Colorado, Central Gunnison and Uncompahgre River Basin. * WHEN. From 8 AM MDT this morning through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
