SMWPHI The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a * Special Marine Warning for. Delaware Bay. Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm. * Until 945 AM EDT. * At 838 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Slaughter Beach, moving east at 20 knots. Another strong thunderstorm was located in eastern Sussex County Delaware and also moving east at 20 knots and toward the Delaware Beaches. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. The strongest winds may occur ahead of any rain. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Overfalls Shoal, Brown Shoal Light, Fenwick Island, Slaughter Beach, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Cape May Point, Buoy 2ms, and Indian River Inlet Bridge.

Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to Cape May NJ out 20 nm. Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE. At 905 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fenwick Island, moving east at 15 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include. Overfalls Shoal, Fenwick Island, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Cape May Point, Buoy 2ms, and Indian River Inlet Bridge.
