For this afternoon's Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (3.5 to 13.6 feet Mean Lower Low Water). For Sunday afternoon's Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (3.6 to 13.3 feet Mean Lower Low Water). * WHERE. Eastern Essex MA, Eastern Plymouth MA, Barnstable MA, Dukes MA and Nantucket MA Counties. * WHEN. For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, until 5 AM EDT early this morning.
