The National Weather Service in Omaha/Valley NE has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Nebraska. Maple Creek Near Nickerson affecting Dodge County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Maple Creek near Nickerson. * WHEN. Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS. At 13.0 feet, Water will begin to overflow Nickerson Road just north of Nickerson. In addition, water begins to overflow in between two bridges located 0.5 mile and 0.75 mile north of the main channel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.3 feet. or 0.2 feet below flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage to 11.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall to 9.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 11.5 feet.
