Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. At 18.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water approaches structures near the river. Approximate level of the one percent chance flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:45 PM CDT Sunday was 16.2 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.0 feet just after midnight tonight. In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent, Howell, Oregon, Shannon and Texas. In southwest Missouri, Barton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Douglas, Greene, Laclede, Ozark, Polk, Webster and Wright. In west central Missouri, St. Clair and Vernon. * WHEN. Until 800 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 759 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flooding from previous heavy rain in the advisory area. - Many low water crossings remain flooded with closed roads within the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
