West Central Laclede County in southwestern Missouri. * Until 1045 AM CDT Sunday. * At 444 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Buffalo, Urbana, Bennett Springs, Louisburg, Plad, Windyville, Pumpkin Center, Long Lane, Leadmine, Tunas, Foose and Bennett Spring State Park. This includes the following low water crossings. Opposum Creek at Bannon Road, Little Niangua River at Highway E, Cahoochie Creek at Highway BB, Four Mile Creek at Highway P, Mountain Creek at Kinfolk Road, Lindley Creek at Mathis Road and Dry Fork at Highway P.
