HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Illinois River at Hardin. * WHEN. From this evening to early Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Flood Stage. Lowland flooding of unprotected agricultural land begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 25.6 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Friday was 25.6 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

FFWLSX The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. North Central Calhoun County in southwestern Illinois. Greene County in southwestern Illinois. Northwestern Jersey County in southwestern Illinois. Northwestern Macoupin County in southwestern Illinois. * Until 1130 PM CDT. * At 534 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include.
