SMWMOB The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a * Special Marine Warning for. Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM. North Mobile Bay. South Mobile Bay. * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 637 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Gaillard Island, or near Middle Bay Light, moving south at 15 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Gaillard Island, East Fowl River Bridge, Sand Island Lighthouse, Fort Gaines, Fort Morgan, Bon Secour Bay, Farewell Buoy, Middle Bay Light, Alabama Port, and Point Clear.

Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 648 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
