A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a line extending from near East Choctawhatchee Bay to 8 nm north of Shalimar to near Wolf Bay. the strong thunderstorms nearly stationary. Locations impacted include. Fort Walton Beach, Big Lagoon, Pensacola Beach, Shalimar, Fort Pickens, Okaloosa Pier, Pensacola Bay, West Choctawhatchee Bay, East Santa Rosa Sound, and West Santa Rosa Sound. The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 knots. locally higher waves. and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until these storms have passed.

At 222 PM CDT. A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a line extending from near Fairhope Pier to East Fowl River Bridge to near Grand Bay. moving southeast at 15 knots. Locations impacted include. Gaillard Island, East Fowl River Bridge, Sand Island Lighthouse, Bon Secour Bay, Farewell Buoy, Middle Bay Light, Mississippi Sound East Of Pascagoula, Heron Bay, Point Clear, and Weeks Bay. The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 knots. locally higher waves. and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until these storms have passed. Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the open water stay below deck if possible and keep away from metal objects.
