At 633 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rosemount, or 14 miles south of St. Paul, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Woodbury, Maplewood, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, Oakdale, Hastings, Rosemount, South St. Paul, Hudson, Lake Elmo, St. Paul Park, and Bayport.
