Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Carver, Sibley and Scott Counties. .Heavy rainfall over the weekend, along with more expected on Tuesday, will lead to minor flooding along portions of the Minnesota River. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Minnesota River near Jordan. * WHEN. From this evening until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the river begin to flood and private sanitary sewers may experience problems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 845 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 23.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage later today to a crest of 26.6 feet tomorrow evening. It will remain above flood stage into the weekend. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.6 feet on 09/29/2016.

At 732.0 feet, Water begins impacting residences and agricultural buildings north and south of Henderson. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 930 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 731.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage later today to a crest of 732.2 feet on Wednesday. It will remain near flood stage into the weekend. - Flood stage is 732.0 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 732.1 feet on 04/04/1998.

The river will rise above flood stage late this evening to 732.4 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall early Thursday afternoon. It will rise to 732.5 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday, June 10. - Flood stage is 732.0 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 732.6 feet on 09/27/2018.
