At 20.0 feet, Flooding occurs on 90th St SE and approaches County Rd 17 by 20.5 ft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 830 PM CDT Sunday, the stage was 14.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage Tuesday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 19.5 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.3 feet on 04/08/1997.
