* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of south central Minnesota, including the following counties, Le Sueur, Rice, Steele and Waseca. * WHEN. Until 700 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 226 AM CDT, Flooding is occurring along the Cannon and Straight Rivers. With MN highway 13 closed in Waterville due to flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. The Cannon River in Waterville and Morristown and along the Straight River and its tributaries from Owatonna to Faribault.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of south central Minnesota, including the following counties, Le Sueur, Rice, Steele and Waseca. * WHEN. Until 700 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 426 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no significant additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Owatonna, Faribault, Waseca, Waterville, Medford, Morristown, Elysian, Warsaw, Nerstrand, Lemond, Clinton Falls, Merton, Moland, Hope, Kilkenny, Deerfield, Owatonna Airport, Faribault Airport, Sakatah Lake State Park and Ruskin.
