Extensive downstream flooding is possible along the Cloquet River. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1036 AM CDT Sunday, High flows from Island Lake Reservoir continue causing flooding downstream. The Island Lake Reservoir is NOT in danger of failing. High flows will continue through Wednesday.
