This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bad River Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley, Lena Lake and, East Lake areas. Recreation spots such as Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN. From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. In Minnesota, Carlton and St. Louis Counties and Wisconsin, Douglas County. * WHEN. Until 115 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1007 PM CDT Tuesday, Doppler radar indicated ongoing moderate rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen already fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
