Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay. Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI. * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 639 PM EDT, a shower producing waterspouts was located near Port Austin, moving east at 30 knots. HAZARD. Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * The shower will be near. Port Austin around 645 PM EDT.
