At 346 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Bridgeport, or near Frankenmuth, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD. Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near. Frankenmuth around 350 PM EDT. Vassar around 400 PM EDT. Mayville around 430 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Carrollton, Arthur, Tuscola, Buena Vista Township, Gera, Watrousville, Indiantown, and Richville. This includes the following highways. I-75 between mile markers 141 and 152. I-675 between mile markers 1 and 4.

A portion of Northern Lower Michigan, including the following counties, Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle. * WHEN. From 2 AM EDT Saturday through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Repeated rounds of heavy rainfall are expected later tonight, through the day on Saturday, and into the overnight hours Saturday night.
