Frankenmuth around 350 PM EDT. Vassar around 400 PM EDT. Mayville around 430 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Carrollton, Arthur, Tuscola, Buena Vista Township, Gera, Watrousville, Indiantown, and Richville. This includes the following highways.
