Howell, Flushing, Gaines, and Oak Grove around 610 AM EDT. Birch Run and Swartz Creek around 615 AM EDT. Pinckney around 620 AM EDT. Clio around 625 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Brant, Nelson, Garfield, Plainfield, Fenmore, Burt, Layton Corners, Argentine, Conway Township, and Pinckney State Recreation Area.
