* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. A portion of Northern Lower Michigan, including the following counties, Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle. * WHEN. From 2 AM EDT Saturday through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Repeated rounds of heavy rainfall are expected later tonight, through the day on Saturday, and into the overnight hours Saturday night.
