Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Michigan, including the following county, Muskegon. * WHEN. Until 530 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect flooded roads to continue overnight. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 526 PM EDT, reliable reports of heavy rain have been received in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Three to five inches of rain had fallen with unofficial reports of greater than seven inches of rain. An additional one to three inches of rain can be expected in this area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. A flood advisory surrounds the flood warning area, and covers the rest of the northern, central, and southwestern portions of Muskegon County where some minor flooding may also be occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
