Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 215 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Over two inches of rain has already fallen in the city of Muskegon, and 3 to 4 inches of rain has fallen north of Muskegon Lake to near the Dalton area. Minor urban flooding can be expected in the city. Additional rainfall of up to an inch can be expected through this evening before it tapers off. Locally higher amounts will be possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
