These winds are not associated with a thunderstorm and will tend to occur after the rain ends. A few additional tree limbs and branches may fall, and cause isolated new power outages, in areas that were affected by this morning's storm.

* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following county, Van Buren. * WHEN. Until noon EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 821 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Local rain gages were indicating around 2 inches of rain has fallen in South Haven area. Locally an additional inch of rain could fall by 10 am. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. South Haven, Hartford, Bangor, Decatur, Van Buren SP, Covert, Keeler, Lawrence, Breedsville, South Haven Area Regional Airport, Lacota and Grand Junction. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Elkhart and St. Joseph and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, Cass MI and St. Joseph MI. * WHEN. Until 1130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 930 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. South Bend, Elkhart, Mishawaka, Goshen, Niles, Three Rivers, Georgetown, Simonton Lake, Dunlap, Granger, Gulivoire Park, Middlebury, Osceola, Constantine, New Carlisle, Cassopolis, Bristol, White Pigeon, Centreville and Edwardsburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
