* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of south central Michigan, including the following counties, Clinton, Eaton and Ingham. * WHEN. Until 1030 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 428 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some areas could see an inch of rain in less than an hours time through 600 pm, especially the south side of Lansing - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Lansing, East Lansing, Grand Ledge, Edgemont Park, Capital Region International Airport, DeWitt, Dimondale, Waverly, Holt, Bath, Okemos and Haslett. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
