* WHAT. Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN. From 3 AM to 10 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.0 feet, Compromise Street begins to flood in Annapolis. Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 5:58 AM.

From 7 AM to 11 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 8:20 AM.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of northeast and northern Maryland, including the following counties, in northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern Maryland, Harford. * WHEN. Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1057 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest rainfall has ended, but excess runoff will continue. The Harford County 911 Center reported several roads closed around Aberdeen and Havre De Grace. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Aberdeen. Havre De Grace. Aberdeen Proving Ground. North East. Perryman. Charlestown. Hollywood Beach. Cayots. Perryville.
