Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 5:58 AM.

Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware. * Until 315 AM EDT. * At 1218 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT. Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas. * Some locations that may experience flash flooding include. Wilmington, Newark, Elsmere, New Castle, Newport, Wilmington Manor, Delaware Memorial Bridge, Bellefonte, Edgemoor and Brookside. This includes Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 5 and 16.
