* WHAT. For the first High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 4 to 7 feet, for the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding and splash-over expected around the time of high tide. Several consecutive high tides may lead to minor coastal flooding into Monday. * WHERE. In Maine, Coastal York and Coastal Cumberland Counties. In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County. * WHEN. For the first High Surf Advisory, until 7 PM EDT this evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 AM EDT Saturday. For the second High Surf Advisory, from 8 AM to 7 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.
