The Cedar River at Janesville, or from Quarter Section Run to the West Fork Cedar River. * WHEN. From Monday evening to early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, Water threatens areas of Janesville south of 8th St. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 14.0 feet Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
