* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. The following counties, in east central Indiana, Fayette and Wayne. * WHEN. Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 714 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Mount Auburn, Whitewater, Jacksonburg, Beesons, Bentonville and Middleboro.

FFWILN The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Fayette County in east central Indiana. Wayne County in east central Indiana. * Until 1015 PM EDT. * At 733 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that may experience flash flooding include. Cambridge City, Beesons, Jacksonburg, Greens Fork, Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Glenwood, Waterloo, Bunker Hill, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Mount Auburn and Whitewater. This includes areas along the Whitewater River near Cambridge City.
