Coastal Colleton and Charleston Counties. * WHEN. From 6 PM to 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. This could result in some roads becoming impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. High tide will occur around 7:00 PM today at Charleston. Saltwater inundation will be possible 1 to 2 hours before and after high tide.

At 13.3 feet, one foot of water covers Tom Goethe Road just after the pavement ends. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 815 PM EDT Sunday, the stage was 12.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
