Offshore Gulf waters from the Walton-Okaloosa County line to the Ochlockonee River from 20 to 60 nautical miles out, Coastal waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL out 20 NM, and Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola Fl out to 20 Nm. * WHEN. For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EDT /9 PM CDT/ this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM EDT /9 PM CDT/ this evening to 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ Wednesday.
