Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM. * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 757 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Guana River State Park, or 9 nm north of Saint Augustine, moving south at 25 knots. HAZARD. Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Nine Mile Reef, Saint Augustine, Saint Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, Vilano Beach, Marineland, Big Georges Reef, South Ponte Vedra Beach, Guana River State Park, and Palm Coast.
