A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas. Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm. Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 20-60 nm. Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm. Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm. At 837 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Holly Hill to 9 nm northeast of Apollo Beach to Playalinda Beach, moving east at 10 knots.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of east central Florida, including the following counties, Orange, Seminole and Volusia. * WHEN. Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 748 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Orlando, Deltona, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Winter Park, Casselberry, Maitland, Lake Mary, Longwood, Wedgefield, Lake Jessup, Goldenrod, University Of Central Florida, Azalea Park, Bithlo, Avalon Park, DeBary and Fern Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
